I just had an extraordinary sales day in my market stall at the Port Douglas markets. It was one of those days where I couldn't do or say anything wrong.
I'd just finished up an exhibition of general work in Cairns … "A Curved Line Flows" ... and was in that tired adrenaline-driven state where just about anything is possible. By the start of trading, I was that 'hyped' I don't think I really even had to try and sell anything … people were lining up to buy work before I was fully open for business. My neighbours even made comment on the abounding energy which was drawing people into my market stall and converting sales.
Love it when it happens!!
